The Reward Points earned from orders will be converted to actual usable Reward Points after 14 Day from the delivery completion. During the 14 Day following the delivery, it will be classified as non-usable Reward Points.
Non-usable Reward Points is a temporary Reward Points, reserved in anticipation of returns or order cancellations, and cannot be used for purchasing products until it is converted to usable Reward Points.
Usable Reward Points (Total Reward Points - Used Reward Points - Non-usable Reward Points) can be immediately used for purchasing products.
