The Reward Points earned from orders will be converted into actual usable Reward Points after 14 Day from the completion of delivery. For the duration of 14 Day following the delivery completion, it will be classified as non-usable Reward Points.
Non-usable Reward Points is a temporary Reward Points, set aside in anticipation of returns or order cancellations, and cannot be used for product purchases until it is converted into usable Reward Points.
Usable Reward Points (Total Reward Points - Used Reward Points - Non-usable Reward Points) can be immediately used for product purchases.
